Upcoming Talks and Classes

This coming Spring, Summer and Fall I will be teaching and visiting 4 different schools.

On April 5th at noon I'll be presenting a lecture about my work at MICA's Interdisciplinary Sculpture Department in Baltimore. Thanks to Professor Sarah Doherty for inviting me.

On April 10th and 11th I'll be a visiting artist at Virginia Commonwealth University's Craft and Materials Studies program. I will present a talk about my work, visit studios and demonstrate high performance concrete. Special thanks to Alicia Dietz and Heath Matysek-Snyder for inviting me down.

May 19-20, 2018 I will be teaching a Moldmaking class at Peters Valley School of Craft. Learn techniques to plan, design and execute different types of rubber molds for art and prototyping.

June 29th-July 3rd, 2018 I will be teaching a Concrete Table class at Peters Valley School of Craft. From the catalog: 'Come make a concrete table of your very own design while learning three different concrete casting methods and different mold making tricks to create your table. Learn about high-performance fiber reinforced concrete recipes, placement techniques, finishing steps and design.'
